A Full Service Boarding, Retirement, Training and Lesson Facility located in the Piedmont of North Carolina

Welcome to our farm.

High Meadow Farm is owned and run by Scarlett and Bruce Mullin who bring a combined total of 75 years experience with horses. Bruce and Scarlett began riding and working with horses at a young age in Connecticut.  Bruce managed several farms and was very successful at the A and B show circuits in New England.  Scarlett got her first horse when she was 13, and soon afterwards began teaching riding lessons at area barns to help offset her horse expenses.  She graduated college with a degree in Chemistry and Biology and promptly took a full time job riding and teaching lessons, a career choice that has served her well.  She and Bruce married in 1982 and have raised 2 children.  The farm moved to the North Carolina Piedmont from Connecticut in 1991.  The milder climate and lower costs of North Carolina make it an ideal place to train and ride horses almost year round, as well as making it well suited for those seeking a retirement home for their equine partner.

The farm is located between Winston Salem and Greensboro, North Carolina.
